Your bank statements, posted to the right ledgers in Miracle.

Ledger Map is a Windows desktop app for accountants and CA firms in India who keep clients' books in Miracle. Drop in a client's bank statement PDFs. Every line comes out mapped to a ledger, ready to import, so nobody retypes a statement by hand.

Every suggestion carries a confidence mark. Green is 90% and above. Yellow is 70% and above. Red is below that.

A UPI ID, account or phone number, or narration pattern mapped once is matched next time automatically. Ledger Map learns across imports only from exported choices.

A ledger's full name written inside the narration is found.

Cash withdrawals, at an ATM or by cheque to SELF, go to the cash ledger.

The cheque number is ignored, so one choice matches the payee's other cheques.

Same narration, different amounts: the amount decides. Two loan EMIs from one narration each find their own loan ledger.

A transfer to the client's other bank is paired with the entry on that bank and booked as contra.

Earlier postings in the client's Miracle books, read on the PC, suggest ledgers for repeat payments: same amount, same day, months in a row.

Ledger Map never changes a choice you made.

Text-based bank statement PDFs from any bank are read. Every running balance is checked against the rows.

A statement whose balances do not all add up is still imported. Its rows to check are marked in amber on the PDF, one at a time: "Row to check 1 of 3".

When a statement layout is new, AI learns a reusable reading recipe for it, so the next statement of that bank reads instantly. Only the statement's extracted text is sent, never the PDF or its password.

Type the password once. It is remembered for that party, so later PDFs open without asking. The unlocked copy keeps its text selectable.

Alt+O shows exactly where in the PDF an entry is printed. The preview zooms with Ctrl+scroll.

Scanned (image) PDFs are not supported yet.

Keyboard first: every action works without a mouse.

Tabs like a browser: one client (party) per tab, with Ctrl+T, Ctrl+W and Ctrl+Tab. Tabs and work survive a restart.

Each party works in one financial year you pick.

Search everywhere ranks whole words and name starts first.

Miracle company folders are read only, on your PC. Ledger Map never writes to Miracle files, and never uploads company files or details. The server gets only the ledger list.

Ledger Map works only on PCs the administrator approves.

In More tools, the Validator checks a party's bank statements against Miracle and lists entries Miracle is missing or has twice, so the books can be corrected.

The app downloads signed updates in the background and uses them after a restart.
