I get about 40 bank statement PDFs a month from clients. Can this book them in Miracle for me?

Yes. Drop in up to 10 PDFs per import, from any bank. Two are read at a time. Each line comes out mapped to a ledger, ready to import into Miracle. Nobody retypes a statement.

How does it know which ledger a UPI line belongs to? Those narrations are a mess.

From your own choices. Map ramesh@ybl to Ramesh Traders once, and the next line with that UPI ID is matched by itself. The same goes for an account number, a phone number or a narration pattern. It also finds a ledger's full name written inside the narration.
Every suggestion carries a mark: green from 90%, yellow from 70%, red below. The list is sorted worst first, so the doubtful ones get looked at. Accept with Enter, or accept all and move on. Entries nothing is known about wait in Suspense instead.

And cheques? The number changes every time. Loan EMIs all read the same too.

The cheque number is ignored, so one choice for CHQ DEP CLG 004512 PATEL & SONS matches Patel & Sons' other cheques. ATM withdrawals and cheques to SELF go to the cash ledger. When one narration carries different amounts, the amount decides: two Bajaj Finance EMIs from one ACH D- BAJAJ FINANCE EMI line land in two loan ledgers.
It also reads earlier postings in the client's Miracle books, on your PC, to suggest ledgers for repeat payments: same amount, same day, months in a row.

My clients move money between their own banks every week. Those always end up booked twice.

Transfers between the client's own banks are paired as contra entries: same UTR or RRN, equal amounts or a small bank fee apart, within 3 days. Pairs it is sure of are made for you. Possible pairs, and split transfers where one entry equals two on the other bank, are offered to accept or reject.

Half the statement is often already entered by the client's own staff. Do I get duplicates?

No. Every entry is looked up in that bank's ledger in the client's Miracle books, read on your PC. Entries Miracle already has are left out, so nothing is booked twice. Monthly statements that overlap are fine too: an entry printed in two PDFs comes in once.

The PDFs come with passwords, and every bank prints its statement differently.

Type the password once. It is remembered for that party, so later PDFs open without asking, and the unlocked copy keeps its text selectable. Any bank's text-based PDF is read. When a layout is new, AI learns a reusable reading recipe for it, so the next statement of that bank reads instantly. Only the statement's extracted text is sent, never the PDF or its password.
Every running balance is checked against the rows. A statement whose balances do not all add up is still imported; its rows to check are marked in amber on the PDF, one at a time.
Alt+O shows exactly where in the PDF any entry is printed. The preview zooms with Ctrl+scroll.

Some clients send photos or scans of their statements.

Those are not supported yet. Ledger Map reads text-based PDFs, the kind the bank's net banking gives you. Ask the client for that file.

Tabs work like a browser: one client per tab, Ctrl+T, Ctrl+W, Ctrl+Tab. Tabs and half-done work survive a restart. Each party works in one financial year you pick. Search everywhere ranks whole words and name starts first.

Where does my clients' data go? The Miracle folders sit on my office PC.
Ledger Map
They stay there. Miracle company folders are read only, on your PC. Ledger Map never writes to Miracle files, and never uploads company files or details; the server gets only the ledger list. Export gives you entries ready for Miracle, and you import them.
The app runs only on PCs the administrator approves. Updates are signed, download in the background and are used after a restart. And when you want to check a client's books, the Validator compares a party's bank statements with Miracle and lists the entries Miracle is missing or has twice.

How do I get it?
Ledger Map
It runs on Windows. Access is by invitation: an administrator approves your account and your PC, then you download the app and sign in. If you do not have an invitation yet, ask us.
