What it does

- Turns a client's bank statement PDFs into ledger entries ready to import into Miracle. Each bank line is mapped to the right ledger. Nobody retypes the statement.

- Runs on
- Windows, as a desktop app. The client's Miracle books are read on your own PC.

Input
- Files
- Text-based bank statement PDFs, from any bank. Drop them in or choose them.
- Per import
- Up to 10 PDFs.
- Read
- Two at a time.
- Passwords
- Asked once. Kept for that party, so later PDFs open without asking.
- Many PDFs, one bank
- Monthly statements can share one bank ledger. An entry printed in two statements comes in once.
- Scans
- Image PDFs are not supported yet.
The 8 steps
- 1Upload
- Drop or choose up to 10 bank statement PDFs, from any bank. Two are read at a time.
- 2Bank ledgers
- Each PDF is shown beside the party's bank ledgers. The file name may suggest one; you confirm with Enter. Several PDFs can share one bank ledger, and entries printed in both come in once.
- 3In Miracle
- Every entry is looked up in that bank's ledger in the client's Miracle books, read on your PC. Entries Miracle already has are left out, so nothing is booked twice.
- 4Contra entries
- Transfers between the client's own banks are paired automatically: same UTR or RRN reference, equal amounts or a small bank fee, within 3 days. Possible pairs and split transfers (one entry on one bank, two on the other) are offered to accept or reject.
- 5Suggestions
- Any clue gives a suggested ledger with a confidence mark: green at 90% and above, yellow at 70% and above, red below. Sorted worst first, so the doubtful ones get looked at. Accept with Enter, or accept all and move on.
- 6Suspense
- Only entries nothing is known about wait here. Type a ledger, or leave them in the suspense ledger.
- 7Review
- Every entry grouped by ledger, to check before export.
- 8Export
- Entries ready for Miracle. Ledger Map never writes to Miracle files itself.
Matching
- Confidence marks

Green: 90% and above Yellow: 70% and above Red: below 70%
Suggestions are sorted worst first.
- Learns from you
- A UPI ID, an account or phone number, or a narration pattern mapped once is matched next time automatically.
- Names
- Finds a ledger's full name written inside the narration. NEFT CR-SBIN0001234-SHAH ENTERPRISES goes to Shah Enterprises.
- Cash
- Cash withdrawals, such as ATM withdrawals and cheques to SELF, go to the cash ledger.
- Cheques
- The cheque number is ignored, so one choice matches the payee's other cheques.
- Amounts
- Same narration, different amounts: the amount decides. Two loan EMIs from one narration each keep their own ledger.
- From the books
- Reads earlier postings in the client's Miracle books, on your PC, to suggest ledgers for repeat payments: same amount, same day, months in a row.
- Contra window
- Pairs within 3 days, on the same UTR or RRN, with equal amounts or a small bank fee. A suggested pair needs at least ₹500. Split transfers are matched within 1 day.
- Your choice
- Never changed by the app. Across imports, it learns only from exported choices.
Reading PDFs
- Banks
- Text-based statements from any bank.
- Balances
- Every running balance is checked against the rows.
- Rows to check
- A statement whose balances do not all add up is still imported. Its rows to check are marked in amber on the PDF, one at a time: "Row to check 1 of 3".
- New layouts
- When a statement layout is new, AI learns a reusable reading recipe for it. The next statement of that bank reads instantly. Only the statement's extracted text is sent, never the PDF or its password.
- Passwords
- Type the password once. It is remembered for that party. The unlocked copy keeps its text selectable.
- Find in PDF
- Alt+O shows exactly where in the PDF an entry is printed. The preview zooms with Ctrl+scroll.
- Scans
- Image PDFs are not supported yet.

- Financial year
- Each party works in one financial year you pick.
- Search
- Everywhere, whole words and name starts rank first.
Safety
- Miracle files
- Read only, on your PC. Ledger Map never writes to Miracle files. It never uploads company files or details; the server gets only the ledger list.
- Approved PCs
- Works only on PCs the administrator approves.
- Sent out
- For a new bank layout, only the statement's extracted text. Never the PDF, never its password.
- Validator
- More tools, then Validator. Checks a party's bank statements against Miracle and lists entries Miracle is missing or has twice, so the books can be corrected.
- Updates
- The app downloads signed updates in the background and uses them after a restart.
